Many congratulations to Renata and Colin who were married on a spectacular June day. City Winery was the perfect venue for this music loving couple (their first date was at a Talking Heads cover band concert!) as it played a major part of their ceremony - Renata walked down the aisle to a beautiful unplugged rendition of "Here, There, Everywhere" sung by her sister and their readings included lyrics from Patti Smith's "I Was Looking for You' and Railroad Earth's "Right on Tune". Thanks to University Flowers the concert venue was transformed into a delightful array of mason jars filled with dried lavender and fresh blooms (IT SMELLED SO GOOD) and The Chicago Catz got everyone up on their feet! 

We could't be happier for these twO and wish them a lifetime of happiness!

What a year we had with these two wonderful people! Planning with Jennifer and Peter was a dream job. They knew what they wanted, were open to suggestions, and in the end, we had the most amazing day with them! They wanted a wedding that spoke to their unique life and relationship, and choosing to have a Crafternoon in between the ceremony and reception, being introduced to the Dropkick Murphy's, having homemade mead on the tables, and having a serious dance party with their fabulous guests, completely showcased their personalities as individuals and as a couple. It was a perfect day. 

We cried during their ceremony and hope they have an amazing honeymoon! We absolutely love you, J&P, and wish you all the best adventures to come!

The absolutely stunning Whitney and Dustin had an awesome vision for their day, and we were only too pleased to help them achieve it. From their record chargers to their centerpieces made of books to the adorable mason jar favors, these two planned a wonderful, love-filled event and we were so happy we got to be a part of their day, and holy cow was it ever gorgeous!

On a beautifully clear day in October of 2012, Nicole and Adam said their vows. The ceremony included sweet stories from their relationship, and their 100 guests partied into the night while admiring the city lights. We loved this one!

Some more summer happiness! We helped Johanna and Brent plan their wedding while they were living in Tunisia, and if ever there were two more down-to-earth people, we've never met them. What a gorgeous event! We love these two and wish them all the happiness in the world.
